Who Responsible for

TBP Chapter

  • Communicating with schools and district to collect benchmark data.
  • Organizing and running student activity modules.
  • Contacting local schools for interest in teacher training and then requesting NMC to run a local session.
  • Advertising and running parent workshops after being training by NMC.

MindSET Advisors

  • Helping initiate communication with schools and districts.
  • Ensuring the continuity of the local MindSET program as chapter leadership changes.

RMC
(Regional Management Committee)

  • Connecting interested alumni to local chapters.
  • Recruiting Advisors to push for MindSET programs in their chapters.
  • Encouraging and supporting the development of MindSET programs within the region.
  • Reporting to NMC about chapter status.
  • Providing District Directors for NMC rotations.
  • Formulating Regional Operating Plans.
  • Assisting in identification of local business partners.

NMC
(National Management Committee)

  • Providing vision and direction.
  • Working with RMCs and Chapters in formulating and implementing projects.
  • Identifying and cultivating national program partners.
  • Procuring major sources of funding and disseminating them to chapters in the form of grants.
  • Organizing and running teacher training workshops.
  • Developing parent workshops and preparing chapters to run them.
  • Reviewing projects and making recommendations to the EC.
  • Tracking the progress and results of approved chapter programs.

EC
(TBP Executive Council)

  • Providing vision and direction.
  • Approving grants and projects.

TBP HQ
(TBP Headquarters)

  • Resource center for program implementation.
  • Responds to requests for technical and other support.
